ate a mac breakfast but i split it into half (one for morning and one for tmr morning lol!)
morning 9.10am sausage 1/3 egg hashbrown tea calories= 350 calories
ate kfc cheese fries!! and OR burger damn ! that must be like 800 calories?
! ate fried fish and some vege that my mum cooked after that too! 200 calories approx
total calorie intake for the day = 1350 calories
got to study 3 chps for genetics! seriously lagging behind!
