8pm: 100 calories small piece of chocolate bread
11am: 300 calories soto ayam (rice chunks in spiced chicken broth)
1230pm: 1 small cookie = 60 calories

4pm: 300 calories for 4 takoyaki balls(octopus balls)
         vanilla con= 130 calories
         2 banana fried dough  =100 calories maybe

8pm: chicken sandwich= 300 calories
         small portion of glutinous rice w chicken and mushroom wrapped in lotus leaf= 100 calories
         chicken bao plus egg tart = 150 calories

total calorie intake =1500 calories approx

current weight: 54 kg!
goal weight:52 kg in 10 days

2pm: berroca boost orange drink = zero calories, has no sugar added and gives me an energy boost to last throughout the day. good for people with less than 900 calories intake per day.

430pm: expired  ytd blueberry bun >.< with egg = 200 calories

730pm: 2 pieces of nuggets = 100 calories
             mango = 100 calories

afternoon 1230pm
leftover fried rice vermicelli = 250 calories
100ml soymilk = 84 calories
red bean bao = 150 calories (a small little bao has so much calories, not worth eating to fill the tummy!)

evening 6pm
subway egg mayo with bbq sauce = 500 calories
Half double Choc cookie =100 calories
Fanta grape less than half cup=50 calories


 total calorie intake= 1224 calories approx

1st day

Tuesday ate a mac breakfast but i split it into half (one for morning and one for tmr morning lol!) 

morning 9.10am sausage 1/3 egg hashbrown tea calories= 350 calories

ate kfc cheese fries!! and OR burger damn ! that must be like 800 calories?

! ate fried fish and some vege that my mum cooked after that too! 200 calories approx

 total calorie intake for the day = 1350 calories

 got to study 3 chps for genetics! seriously lagging behind!



 Wednesday

leftover mac breakfast calories= 350 calories

 Beef chilli =220calories

bdae lunch with frens, calories intake = 300 calories for a piece of cheesecake :(

Fried rice vermicelli=300 calories

Total calorie intake for the day= 1170calories
 I'm watching people walking around with an ice cream cone in their hand . In ikea now.. They must be having some kind of promotion :( which I CANNOT INDULGE IN
