sorry readers! i haven't been updating my food diary that much. I promise to restart on the plan
POINTS TO TAKE NOTE OF:
-once you do not keep up with the diary, haphazard eating starts again, and the weight increases
- the food diary is crucial to success of losing weight.
I was 53 kg just 2 weeks ago. right now im 55 kg! can you believe it?? i can't... here we go again food diary! a new diet! no more stuffing of faces! with my cravings all fulfilled, i have no excuses to stop myself from dieting.
