BACK AGAIN

ok HEY everyone!
im back again, after a long while

Right now my weight is 53kg. I am still trying to aim for my weight to be 51 kg! so here we go again!!!

morning
7am chocolate biscuits= 200 calories :((

afternoon
2pm kimchi fried rice with fried egg and kimchi(korean spicy sour vegetables) plus sweet anchovies -500 cal

night
half bowl rice(no appetite) plus squid and cabbage 200 calories
