the last few days were of no use blogging because all i ate were unhealthy calorie-full desserts from buffets and wedding. :(

today is my first day of fasting
morning - two energy bars =160 calories
night - rice cakes with unhealthy coconut gravy and two fried chicken = 700 calories approx

BACK AGAIN

ok HEY everyone!
im back again, after a long while

Right now my weight is 53kg. I am still trying to aim for my weight to be 51 kg! so here we go again!!!

OK. i woke up at 9am despite sleeping at 11pm? thats 10 hours of sleep!! haha! Not eating anything for breakfast cause I'm waiting for lunch!

my face is turning rounder and rounder, I think being 51kg is perfect for me! When I was 53kg a few weeks ago, my face was less rounder, I will definitely be more satisfied if it reduced in size by a teeny bit. the 51 kg will put justice to it!

sorry readers! i haven't been updating my food diary that much. I promise to restart on the plan

POINTS TO TAKE NOTE OF:
-once you do not keep up with the diary, haphazard eating starts again, and the weight increases
- the food diary is crucial to success of losing weight.

I was 53 kg just 2 weeks ago. right now im 55 kg! can you believe it?? i can't... here we go again food diary! a new diet! no more stuffing of faces! with my cravings all fulfilled, i have no excuses to stop myself from dieting.

durian dessert - this tastes sooo good you guys! (durian is an asian exotic fruit, tastes divine to some, some ppl think it smells like trash!) -300 calories??

Im ready to start of my diet regime again. so i just checked the weighing scale im 54 kg????? again!! so my goal is to be 50kg.!!

I know it doesnt seem alot, but obviously this diet regime needs more work to it! 50 kg BABY its coming so soon!!!

OK so i've been slacking for three / four days i supposed. i wanted to stop writing the food diary altogether. But today i stepped on the scale, im 53kg?!!! woohooo!!

ate more than what i normally do during the diet period... but good job me!!

gonna start eating lesser starting from tomorrow and restarting the journey to a thinner me.

As you all can see, my diet is not healthy. However I have a few tips to share. With this losing weight program in place , I've notices that getting rid of my bad habits has contributed to the loss in weight

Do not eat after 7pm
Do not eat too many fruits as they are high in calories
Do not eat on impulse
Do not try to finish eating the leftovers(can save it for te next day)
Drink water
Eat in small quantities
Eat breakfast so you are not likely to overeat during Lunch
Cut down on fast food. If you have a craving for it, pick the food item with the least calories or least fat

I CANT TAKE IT ANYMORE!!! I need my macdonalds, felt like getting the whole meal too (the one with fries and cola, but i dont need the cola, although the fries will taste good.)

Cheese bun- 125 calories

rice + stingray + green tea = 200calories

total calorie intake= 1300calories approx

i dont feel that hungry at all. taking away of all the snack time/sessions, not eating chocolates and potato chips successfully made me shed 3kg so far. this is amazing really. and if i keep this up i will be able to lose 2kg in a month's time(hopefully)

eatng a small portion of carbs(rice / pasta) beats eating a small cookie worth 200 calories as it fills you much more!

Tuesday ate a mac breakfast but i split it into half (one for morning and one for tmr morning lol!)

ate kfc cheese fries!! and OR burger damn ! that must be like 800 calories?

! ate fried fish and some vege that my mum cooked after that too! 200 calories approx

 got to study 3 chps for genetics! seriously lagging behind!
